R&S Probes: Productivity innovations
The broadband and BNC-compatible signal inputs on the Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes support active and passive probes. The active probes are designed for measuring high-frequency signals (typically > 100 MHz) and offer an optimum combination of bandwidth, input impedance and sensitivity. The passive probes are included as standard equipment and are suitable for general measurements on low-frequency signals.
