The effective number of bits (ENOB) of my Rohde & Schwarz digital oscilloscope
The latest Rohde & Schwarz application note introduces the quality parameter “effective number of bits” (ENOB) for signals. It also describes how to measure this value using the R&S®RTO digital oscilloscope.
